Meditation classes in Wirksworth
Wirksworth meditation classes are now run by 'Heart Jewel Kadampa Buddhist Centre' based in Matlock Bath (click here to find out more about the newly formed Heart Jewel Centre on our 'latest news' page, click on the news links at the top of the page to go to each item).
Heart Jewel Centre are running a series of drop in meditation classes equivalent to those run by Tara Centre, entitled 'Meditation for Stress Free Living'. Details on venues and times are as follows:
Ashbourne (Sunday evening 6- 8pm, The Town Hall),
Wirksworth (Thursday evening 7.30 - 9.30pm, at Wirksworth Town Hall)
Matlock (Friday lunchtime 12.30 - 2pm, at the Imperial Rooms)
Belper (Tuesday lunchtime 12.30 - 2pm, at the Fleet Arts Centre)
