Want to reduce your stress? Control your anger? Find inner peace? It all starts with meditation - the ancient practice of bringing peace to the mind.

Our Learn to Meditate Workshops are relaxed and straightforward weekend breaks designed to give you an easy introduction to simple meditation. These popular courses are especially suitable for absolute beginners to meditation. Ideal for people with busy schedules, in one weekend you can learn the principles of meditating and experience a peaceful break, away from everyday stress. The basics are clearly explained with the opportunity to try out simple techniques to increase peace of mind and happiness.

No special clothes or cushions, mats, etc. are required - we sit on chairs ('though you're welcome to sit on one of our cushions on the floor if you prefer!) The weekend includes guided meditations, discussion, and plenty of opportunities to ask questions, as well as healthy eating, countryside walks (weather permitting!) and plenty of time just to sit back and relax.
